A message from the Founder of the Donate Life Walk Nevada:
I was blessed to receive the gift of life in the form of a liver transplant March 12, 1998. I am honored to know my donor family. My liver died suddenly for reasons we still don’t know and my education in the need for organ donation came entirely after my liver transplant. It is my goal to honor my donor family and the memory of my donor, Terry Lee Snow, by raising awareness for the need and showing the success of organ donation. With the success or our first awareness walk in 2008, it became evident that we can truly impact our community in a positive way while raising awareness and honoring donor families. Please come be a part of this wonderful event. I believe you will be inspired by what you learn. Thank you, Tracy Copeland
Join us for a 2 mile fun walk to increase awareness about the need for organ and tissue donation and honor donors and donor families. Proceeds from the walk will provide scholarships to local transplant recipients.
